What You’ll Do
Design and deliver training for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry.
Run prompt clinics, hands-on labs, and role-based workshops that map to real tasks (Support, Finance, Ops, Claims, RevOps).
Coach safe adoption; sensitivity labels, DLP, Conditional Access, approvals and data architecture best practices.
Create clear learning assets: decks, guides, videos, quick-reference cards and self-service modules.
Partner with change leaders to plan cohorts, champions, track adoption and before and after impact.
Who You Are
A skilled facilitator/trainer with enterprise training (5+ years preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Comfortable teaching Microsoft 365 and modern AI assistants; hands-on with Microsoft AI tools is a plus.
Empathetic, patient, and outcome driven; you meet learners where they are and help them succeed.
Excellent communicator who loves turning complex ideas into simple, practical steps.
