What You’ll Do
Own delivery for customer projects.
Plan and run end-to-end scoping, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, risk and stakeholder communication.
Drive outcomes, define success and track before/after impact.
Coordinate cross-functional teams with a collaborative and outcome based approach.
Manage quality and readiness gates including post launch hypercare.
Continuously improve with lessons learned, templatized playbooks and reusable patterns for future engagements.
Who You Are
5-8+ years project/program management in enterprise software or consulting (AI/analytics/automation a plus)
Collaborate with a passionate team to bring projects from idea to action.
Fluent in stakeholder management (C-suite to frontline) with effective written and verbal communications
Contribute to creative problem-solving that drives positive change.
Outcome driven, empathetic, organized and ability to work through ambiguity.
