What You’ll Do
Design and build AI agents that take real actions, with approvals, audit logs, and rollback, on the platforms our customers run (Copilot Studio, Claude and MCP, Agent Bricks).
Develop evaluation suites that test agent behavior against every model release, so upgrades are verified instead of assumed.
Build skills, tools and context structures (RAG, MCP, metadata) that make agents reliable in production.
Review agent inventories, skills and connectors for security and governance risks, including prompt injection.
Coach customer teams to extend and operate their agents safely inside guardrails.
Who You Are
A great problem solver with great analytical skills.
Hands-on with at least one agent platform, and comfortable reading evaluation results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Passionate about business impact and creative initiatives.
Excellent communicator who loves turning complex ideas into simple, practical steps.
